David Weiss
An undergraduate of Stanford and U.C. Berkeley, Mr. Weiss obtained his law degree from Loyola University School of Law in 1977. After spending more than a decade practicing medical malpractice litigation, Mr. Weiss opened the Law Offices of David J. Weiss in 1989. Throughout his more than 30 years of practice Mr. Weiss has represented defendants at trial in approximately one hundred matters giving him a singular understanding of the jury system in Los Angeles. He has also represented clients in hundreds of litigation matters resolved before trial. Mr. Weiss is AV rated and has been named a Southern California Super Lawyer for 2007-2011. Based upon his professional reputation and courtroom experience he is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
